ADVICE FROM THE BIRDS

Earlier this week I took these pictures of two Lesser Goldfinches bathing in the waterfall at the UNM duck pond.

***A Photo Essay about the recent state of emergency on the UMN Main Campus***

The University of New Mexico Main Campus went without drinkable water for almost 24-hours beginning Tuesday morning when a physical plant department employee noticed brownish colored water. A state of emergency notice went out shortly after 10:30am that discouraged students from using any tap water on campus.
As of Wednesday morning the tap water on campus was deemed good enough to drink or bathe in.

Me and my shadow... looking murky at the duck pond.

One of the nice things about photo shop is that I can add colorizing filters to my picture.... here I am Indigo.

This filter is really the closest to the original color. How can the ducks and turtles swim in this?
