***A Photo Essay about the recent state of emergency on the UMN Main Campus***

The University of New Mexico Main Campus went without drinkable water for almost 24-hours beginning Tuesday morning when a physical plant department employee noticed brownish colored water. A state of emergency notice went out shortly after 10:30am that discouraged students from using any tap water on campus.
As of Wednesday morning the tap water on campus was deemed good enough to drink or bathe in.
